Social Work
Contributing to the society, being socially useful helps us in all aspects of life. We learn to be compassionate to others, alleviate someone’s problem, in short, we learn to put ourselves in the other person’s shoe and help and guide them properly. Social work flourishes our personality and brings about an overall change in the person which actually shapes one into a true human being, who is responsible and realizes the importance of working for the society. I have also kept myself engaged in social work as I feel it is really important for me as a responsible citizen of my country to contribute as much as I can for its well being. I always like to lend a helping hand, but to start with it professionally, I began to teach unprivileged children of standard 8, 9 and 10 from CBSE board.
