Unravel

When the mind is unsteady,

Unexpected changes trick the brain-

It wasn't ready!

Anxiety sets in, crippling all effort down the drain.

Hands trembling from fear,

A web of unreal worries woven in mind,

In those times, remember that God's near.

To all problems whose solutions you can't find,

Lay down and breathe deep.

Tingling impulses throbbing through your skin,

Cry your heart out today, let your eyes weep,

And at the end, take it on the chin!

Vanquish this devil wrapped in malice,

Overcome the wrath of anxiety,

Emerge like a phoenix from burning ashes,

And defeat all false propriety.
